Hi there! I’m Naomi, and I accidentally became a minimalist while trying to figure out why my life felt so chaotic. I’m English, a little quirky, and on a mission to live more intentionally (with a strong preference for cosy blankets and a good book).

Since January 2024, I went from a cluttered house and constant overwhelm to waking up in spaces that actually breathe, with routines that work with my ADHD brain instead of against it. I got to a healthy weight, embraced minimalism, and discovered the joy of hygge (if you don’t know what that is, stick around!). Turns out, simple living isn’t just about decluttering your wardrobe – it’s about creating a life that actually feels good.

When I’m not writing about intentional living, you’ll find me buried in a book, getting lost in nature photography, or doing downward dog with my cats as pilates supervisors. I love drawing, writing anything and everything in my notebook, and perfecting the art of slow living, being cosy and generally avoiding people haha! Oh, and I’m also a tiny bit into video games – Assassin’s Creed when I need adventure, Animal Crossing when I need my soul soothed. I also spend way less time on my phone these days, which is apparently a modern miracle.

Getting diagnosed with ADHD and autism in my thirties didn’t just explain a lot – it gave me superpowers for cutting through the noise and finding what actually works. Be warned, I do drop the odd swear word, and I’m brutally honest (thank you, autism!), but I like to think of that as a feature, not a bug.

I manage some chronic health conditions, but I’ve learned to handle them as best I can. Now, I want to help others embrace intentional living and make small, meaningful changes. Ready to stop living someone else’s version of the good life and start designing your own?
